Weeks 1-4
Using a combination of explosive exercises, speed drills and numerous modified traditional methods – you begin your training with the immediate aim to improve agility, dexterity and mobility, which is great for muscle building, fat loss, or both. You’ll also recruit any dormant muscle groups you may not have used in a while – and re-teach your body to use muscles it’s forgotten how to use! Within the first week, you’ll start feeling energized throughout the day, you’ll sleep well at night (and be sharp in the morning!) and you’ll never feel sluggish throughout the day again!
Weeks 5-8
Phase 2 of my system is lactic acid training – an extremely effective way to utilize weight training for fat loss and hormone manipulation (for muscle growth). When you train in a way that produces large quantities of lactic acid – your body also signals the release of tons of growth hormone (HGH) naturally, which you may already know is great for packing on tons of muscle… In fact, by the end of the 2nd phase, you’ll add an ENTIRE INCH to your upper arm circumference!
Weeks 9-12
Our 3rd phase gets into density-based training so to concentrate on building explosive strength and increasing your overall work capacity… PLUS since this type of training requires large amounts of energy expenditure, it’ll work to continue shedding any leftover excess fat as well! By the end of this phase, you can expect to boost your overall strength by a whipping 30-40%. Even seasoned professional athletes can expect to see a 15-20% increase in their total strength… the best way to continue improving your results during the off-season!
Weeks 13-16
The final phase of the Freedom Fitness system concentrates on volume rep training to allow you to HANG ON to the lean body mass you’ve built up over the months AND continue building further muscle and strength without interruption!
